I absolutely loved it here. the staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. I literally have no complaints. Good location pretty close to the beach you could walk to the beach.

The front desk people were nice. It did seem a little far off but it worked. The beds weren't super comfy but I did get some rest.

Fire alarm was set off at 2:30am. Fire department was not called and communication was ,they would not be called. A customer staying at hotel called ! Employee communicated that the alarm was silenced because it was assumed a kid pulled alarm. Fire department communicated that because the alarm was silenced there was no location of alarm being set off to confirm no fire. The hotel halls were walked by fire department and alarm was reset. I stayed awake for the rest of the night to watch over my children for their safety till it was time to leave the next morning (was only an hour after fire department walk was complete). Manager took my number and told me would call me to confirm credit for stay and I never received either!!

Checked in at deep night 1am. Check out time is 11am. At 10:45 the staff disturbs me about check out. I was little bit late till 11:15. The stuff, who was Chris Melan ( his manager wrote to me his name) in very rough manner demanded to vacate the room immediately. When I left the room with my family in a 10 min later, nobody rushed to clean the room. I had a very hard night for recovery and even I was late they should be politely tell me about this instead of being dramatic.
